What kind of mailers do you send?

We send out different mailers, depending on our client needs.

How does it work?

We hand-write the individual addresses on each envelope. Studies have shown that people are more likely to open a piece of mail if their name and address is handwritten on a envelope rather than typed. This increases your exposure to the individuals receiving mailers.

Who provides the supplies?

This varies. You can provide the information, or we can. Product is not marked up if we provide it, we will include a receipt with invoice. Postage is to be prepaid.

Is there a minimum or maximum order?

At this time, there is no minimum or maximum order. You can send as few as 5, or as many as 10,000+/week.

How much does it cost?

There are many different costs involved, please contact us for a more exact quote. We work on a per piece basis, usually between $0.28-0.50 per piece.

Health Insurance

What type of health insurance do you offer?

We offer major medical, dental, and vision insurance. There are several options to choose from. These options include: $0 out of pocket co-pay after your deductible, short term medical payments, 80/20 co-pay plan up to $15,000, and a 70/30 co-pay plan up to your deductible. In addition, we also offer savings account health plans.

What carriers do you write health insurance for?

We currently use United Health One. We are working on getting our license with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Michigan.

Are you licensed to sell insurance?

We aquired our license with the state of Michigan for Life and Health Insurance.

Is there a medical exam required for health insurance?

At this time, there is no medical exam required.

What is the maximum lifetime benefit for my health insurance?

Per federal law mandated by the Obama Healthcare plan, there is no lifetime limit on your benefits.

I have a child away at college. Can they be covered under my health insurance?

Children can be covered under your health insurance plan until the age of 26.

Do you have prescription coverage?

There is a tier system for your medication. Many medications can be purchased for $15 under our health insurance coverage.

Do I have to change doctors?

No. The network is extensive and most doctors are included in our network. In the unlikely event that your doctor is not in the insurance network, they work with the medical faucility to discount the services that you received.

How much will I have to pay to see a doctor?

There are three options, a $25 or $35 doctor office fee. There is also an option for a 4 visits/year, which can reduce your premium by almost $50 per month.

Life Insurance

What type of life insurance do you offer?

We currently offer term life, whole life, and universal life insurance. Final expense insurance may also be available.

What carriers do you write life insurance for?

We offer insurance through multiple carriers. A few companies that we quote through are Fidelity, Metlife, Mutual of Omaha, Genworth, ING, and others.

Is a medical exam required?

While a medical exam is not required in many cases, it would be in your best interest to choose the medical exam option. This gives you a lower yearly premium. The medical exam is simple, and is done in your own home by a visiting nurse.

What are my payment options?

You can choose monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly, and yearly pa
yments. The less payments you make, the cheaper it is. Insurace companies typically add a surcharge to every payment that you make.
I see that you provide leads to companies. Is my information going to be sold out?

No. Our lead generation services come strictly from court records that are ordered from our clients that come directly from the courthouse. Any information given to us by individuals is handled by a seperate division of the company and never shared or resold.

Lead Generation Services

JBS/Jellybean Services is more than just a list broker. We're the wholesaler! We also provide many services to our clients.
How does Jellybean collect leads?

Our leads are collected by courthouse researchers that work for us directly. Our researchers go into the courthouse and collect data directly off the documents.

What does this mean for you?

The records that you are receiving from us are accurate, containing the proper information as stated on the court records.

Why get leads from JBS/Jellybean Services?

All leads that we offer are exclusive. This means we will not give someone else the same list as you receive. All information provided is checked to ensure that you are only receiving accurate and good data. However, keep in mind that they are public record. Anyone can have a researcher collect this information so the information itself is not exclusive, only the information that we collect is exclusive. We will not share it with anyone else.

What is your minimum order?

Unlike many other companies out there, our minimum is very small. We require a minimum order of $100.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Our leads are collected in person by a researcher that goes to the actual courthouse. We do not collect any leads until an order is placed. It may take up to 2 weeks to fill an order, depending on the size, type, and where it is at.

How do I pay for my order?

Upon placing an order, we request a deposit of $100 down. As the leads come in, we then bill you twice a month, around the 1st and the 15th of each month until the order is complete. We can accept all major credit cards (There's a processing fee associated with accepting credit cards), paypal, or check. Cash, if delivered in person.

How are leads delivered?

We are able to provide leads in many different formats. The most popular format is the CSV and XLS (Excel) format. Leads can be e-mailed, faxed, hand delivered, or snail-mailed to you.

What kind of leads do you provide?

Some types of leads that we provide are, but not limited to: mortgage leads, adjustable rate mortgage leads (ARMs leads), high interest mortgages, new homeowner purchases, target lender list, new marriage lists, new businesses (DBA leads), tax lien leads, divorce leads, foreclosure, probate, new birth leads, investment leads, judgment leads (judgment recovery), probate leads, probate real estate leads, mortgage protection insurance leads, & many others.

What information is on your leads?

Each lead contains different information. Some information we may provide is the name, date recorded, address, and other various fields. Phone numbers are typically not included as they are not on court records.

You said you provide ARM leads (Adjustable rate mortgage leads). What do these contain?

Each Adjustable rate mortgage leads (ARM lead) contains date of mortgage, name, address, amount, mortgage company, amount, interest rate, the date it changes over, the new interest rate, and phone numbers when applicable.

How much do your leads cost?

Each type of lead varies depending on the fields collected. Please contact us for a exact amount. Leads cost anywhere from $0.30-$6.00 All our leads are exclusive, cross-checked to ensure it's a good lead by our professional researchers. No lead is ever given to anyone else. Leads are also not acquired through an electronic source, they are all collected manually at the courthouse.

Are your leads screened against the do-not call list?

We currently do not provide phone numbers for our court researched leads. We can offer an additional service of looking up phone numbers, but these are not scrubbed against the DNC.

Courthouse research is the practice of our researchers going to the county courthouse or administration building to look up data. We look at the actual documents, collecting data. If you are looking for specific information that may be older, such as mortgage information, we also check to ensure that it has not been released.
