We provide many different types of leads for our clients. We collect our leads from the courthouse, using courthouse researchers to look at the documents filed. We enter this information onto a spreadsheet.

During the collection of leads, all have been checked to ensure that they have not been released/satisfied (when possible). Most list/lead broker cannot offer this because they get their leads electronically! We are one of the only lead providers that view the actual documents and collect the information at the source. No list broker can guarantee their leads are 100% accurate as they are electronic. We are able to cross check, at the source (The courthouse) while collecting, to ensure 100% of your leads are still good. We also will not resell any lead that we collect. In addition, if we are providing services to a client that is in the same market as you, we cannot provide you with records from that same area to prevent a conflict of interest.

When taking in consideration of our fees, please remember that our researchers are visiting the courthouse personally to collect the leads for you. Our process is very different than the usual bulk lead provider.

Typically, the average lead provider acquires their information from a electronic source which comes from the same source. Generally, all lead companies are reselling the same information with no way of checking to see if the lead is any good. Since we are at the original site of the document by performing court research, we are able to check to ensure that your lead is a good lead! We also do not resell our leads, they remain exclusive for life.

Anyone can sell bulk information. We provide quality. All leads sent to you are less than 24 hours from the time collected, and are cross checked to ensure they are still valid.

Please note, unless it is on the file itself, we are unable to provide you with phone numbers. Most court records do not have any phone numbers on them. Minimum order of $100 required. A deposit will be requested with full payment due at delivery of leads.

*FCC regulations state that business offering the service to the customer owning the phone number is required to scrub any list against the DNC.
